Except as expressly agreed in writing, Qtenboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or project delays
• Loss, corruption, or recovery of data
• Claims made by third parties against the customer

Under no circumstances, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, shall Qtenboard’s total cumulative liability exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

2. Product Use and Suitability

Qtenboard products are designed for commercial display and information presentation purposes.

The customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the product for its intended application, including but not limited to:

• High-duty or 24/7 operation environments
• Industry-specific or mission-critical systems
• Integrated or customized solutions

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Qtenboard makes no guarantees regarding fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qtenboard disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

All products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

4. Third-Party Products and Services

Qtenboard assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• Third-party software, operating systems, applications, or content
• Third-party hardware, peripherals, mounts, or accessories
• Installation, integration, logistics, or services provided by third parties

Any issues arising from third-party products or services shall be governed solely by the terms of the relevant third party.

5. Cross-Border Sales and Compliance

For international transactions, the customer is solely responsible for:

• Import regulations, certifications, approvals, and local compliance
• Customs clearance, duties, taxes, and related governmental requirements

Qtenboard shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or penalties arising from differences in laws, regulations, or compliance requirements across jurisdictions.

6. Force Majeure

Qtenboard shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, power failures, network outages, or supply chain disruptions.

7. Severability and Modification

If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
